Touchtown’s Customer Care team will reach out to you with training materials and to offer support both prior to and post implementation.The Customer Care Team will answer specific product questions, train you on specific Touchtown functions, or provide ideas on how to maximize your community’s Touchtown products. SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

Our talented Systems Engineers will work directly with you when you purchase Touchtown Digital Signs or Touchtown TV+. This team will walk you through your Touchtown hardware installations — ALL of the installations are self-installations at your site. If you have hardware, wiring, or technical questions related to your Digital Sign or TV+ installation, we are here to help. After your installation, if you ever need to move your equipment, have a change in cable provider, or just have a technical question, our Systems Engineers are excellent resources for our customers!

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our dedicated Project Managers ensure that Touchtown Community Apps take off at your community. You’ll meet your Project Manager in a kick-off call shortly after signing your contract. The Project Manager will walk you through the process of selecting your app modules, building content, and launching Touchtown Community Apps to your residents and staff. Be sure to ask your Project Managers for examples of how our other communities are maximizing Touchtown Community Apps!
